Daily Format 9am - 3pm

  • 3hrs of on-ice training with 2:1 instructor ratio
  • 1hr of off-ice training
  • 1hr of classroom instruction
  • Evening off ice activites (YMCA- swimming, basketball, etc...)

  • Midget Minor AAA and above goalies
  • Phone interview with Shane Clifford must be conducted before registration will be accepted.

Off-Ice Training
Athletic Trainer will be on hand for the entire week
  • Core Strength (Abdominal and Lower Back)
  • Flexibility
  • Lateral Speed, Quickness, and Explosiveness
  • Total Body Conditioning
  • Hand/Eye Coordination

These principles will be taught through the use of agility ladders, bands, abdominal and lower back exercises, plyometrics, endurance drills, and dynamic and static stretching.

Camp Attendees Receive

Housing & Meals
  • Room at local hotel is provided
  • Attendees will each have a roomate
  • Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner will be provided
  • Transportation to and from rink and to off-ice activites provided
  • Daily laundry service for workout and on-ice clothes
Investment
  • $1295
  • A non-refundable down payment of 50% is due at the time of registration
  • A post dated check for July 1 of the remaining 50% is also due at with registration.
  • Due to limited space (18 goalies only) no refunds will be given.
